Well I'd be willing to try, I know the person I usually get my fabric from stocks pvc and vinyl and I have a sewing machine actually capable of sewing both. Though it's not the ideal fabric for a plush, it's doable, why don't you send me a pm describing what you'd be wanting in pvc and I'll make some pattern sketches to see if it's workable and within my skill set?
