I had just posted a comment (attempted to anyways. with a link to a fedex shipping rate calculator) so was able to backspace and grab this. Many comments are collapsed sorry.

I do remember the last discussion thread was about customers knowing/not knowing their local shipping and that (IMO) not being their fault.
