Oh ya, it can suck to be TOO communicative sometimes. Like ask only a day or two for an update after I showed them an update already. I usually try to: Send the update/email. If no reply, but, see activity on their page, send another only to make sure they got the email (Happens it doesn't send, or there's a glitch), then wait two weeks at the most.
