I don't message people too much. I can completely understand how someone doing this would be quite annoying. I'd say on average, I'll message a 'good' artist once a month or after however long they said I should wait before checking again.

The only time any artist will hear alot from me in a short period of time is after I've waited a reasonable time period (aka. like a month with Gunmouth) to see if they're making an effort to reply and if they aren't then I start to get more in their face about it. My goal is not to harass, only to make sure the artist notices and replies. As you can tell from my first post in this thread, I don't want this to go on any longer than necessary which is why I asked for a refund. Also, I hope it's evident I'm trying to be courteous to the artist at the same time as being honest about how I'm not happy with his lackluster communication skills.
