Sorry, I should have been more clear... Hypothetically, if he were to be banned, since he's already account-hopped, maybe he'd get done for block-evasion. Sorry for the confusion, I probably should've been more clear ^^; either way, it's a shame there isn't more that can be done about his harrassment to OP.
