I haven't submitted a report myself, but my friend screened the comments on the journal (the last link, which I updated to be readable now) and reported him for harassment. I don't know if she's gotten a reply, but she's aware of his new account.

Though I don't know if they'd take the threats seriously. I've never dealt with threats myself so I'm not sure how it will go.
