The fact you were blocked on Twitter blew me away more than the fact that you've been patiently waiting for TWO YEARS for a refund. I'm actually appalled, that is beyond ridiculous and it screams "I don't care about my business practices because I can still make money."
Oh, and the "not being put on the queue list" excuse is baffling. You make a list to remember the things you owe people.

I thought maybe this artist picked up after their last bewares but I guess not. Time to un-Watch them. :/
