Art trade where my part was done and he actually refuse to do his part.

EXPLAIN:
I asked an art trade with Remmy, but when my part was done, he started to complain i weren't talking to him enough and started to ignore it totally.
I asked him again about the art trade next year, but he said he had life issue, but when i started to sent private message on twitter, he ignored those.
But at the moment i asked him about the art trade in a more public way, he instanly blocked me.
