Thank you so much for contacting a Post Master for me, I really appreciate it!

How would I go about contacting a local postal consumer affairs office? The post office I mailed the package from knows me very well and the staff loves me, however I won't be able to visit in person until next weekend. Do you think they could give me some pointers or help me out too?
