EXPLAIN:I saw a post from Flarveon FursuitAuctions for some furs from NZ, and I picked some out and sent payment.Due such a big response, she said she would pick the furs up from the store on Thursday or Friday her time, and mail them out same day or Monday.
I didn't her anything back so i posted on her face-book and she would post it out soon.

Since she had some family trouble I decide to leave it be for a bit, I then got a message on lj from fenrirs_child "Flarveon said she'd refund all of us, but I've not seen anything from it and I believe today is the last day we can dispute through paypal".
I miss that as I don't check lj everyday and missed my chance to file a paypal dispute.

This whole situation has left me feel sick. I see her post all the time yet she says she as problems with her email and internet.I'm just sick of all the excuses and lies.
I just hope no one else goes through this and if they have I hope the post it here.

Edit 11/11/2012: Still no refund, still no replies to my emails. Still not going to give up.

Edit 9/12/2012: I calmly spoke to her at Midfur and She told me she just didn't have money and then reported me for harassment. But later as I was in the dealers den selling I saw her spending money on art and such.She even got one of her friends to buy hand paws off me (worth $100).
I still won't give up, I just want my money.

I'm not sure if this is still going on, but I had the same problem but less money involved. I'm always weary of ordering through other people so I only ordered 53$ worth. I messaged her here and had no response, than I finally found her furaffinity a couple months later.

She had posted saying she couldn't get the fur, but said that my order was an exception and that they managed to get it out. And she mentioned something about an earthquake that kept her from getting the other orders? Something along those lines. Ether way, I never got it and never was contacted about it or even followed up with about delivery.

But I did have a different experience when I contacted her. (When I first posted a shout she got back to me in a day or two). She was being nice and wanted to resolve the issue but apparently had bad vet bills (or just got done paying one) and said she couldn't do anything right now. At the time I had no worries (now Im a bit concerned) and I told her I wasn't in a rush but I wanted to tie off loose ends by the end of the year. She agreed to it and I even said I'd be fine with two 25$ payments. She said she was getting paid on the 26th of September and it would be a 5-7 day wait (or so) for it to transfer to her account so she could send me 50% or 100%

I'm not sure if I'm in the clear now, or if I should be worried but I guess we will see by the end of the month, if not I'll be leaving more than an artist beware post. I thought she was a really sweet girl and I've enjoyed the chats we've had before this, so I hope she decides to buck up and stand up for what she's done.

Yeah I wish she was that nice to me, she is still not replying to me and hasn't sent any sort of refund.

She refunded me no problem, I did have to wait and once I got the refund I told her I felt bad that I got one and other people (I put specifically) didn't. She said she was gathering refund money but haven't heard from her since.
