I had a friend tell me I should sign up for this. and I've never heard of this service before.
and he explained it like this and I'm just copy pasting cause it made me snort.
A direct artist to client comissioning site for every type of artistic media
Its a mouthful to explain buut basically
"I do art like his and want money"
"I am looking for art like that and have money!"
And eliminates the middle man and countless searching.

has anyone else hear of this before?

Hi! As we are still in an open beta, our terms of service are still being finalized. In the new design releasing in a couple months. It'll be in the footer. We just want to make sure it's iron clad first. We are an open community however! If you want to help us finalize the draft I would love to hear your opinions!

As for the desensoring question, we don't condone copyright infringement of any kind. Im going to speak to my team about this, and it'll be removed if it can't pass scrutiny.

I find the opening of any site without a cleat TOS to be suspect, to be honest, especially a site I'm trusting my business to. :/

I can understand and respect your opinion in such a matter, there are enough bad seeds out there. Which, funnily is one of the major reasons bleatr exists!

Our next patch is in a few weeks, It's got a few more hands to be approved, but I'll see about pushing it through into that release. Thank you for your feedback, it's greatly appreciated!
