Contact lost: 9_6

Can someone tell me how to contact 9_6?
He's found at http://www.furaffinity.net/user/96/ but he won't respond to any of my notes anymore. He's -almost- completed a commission I paid him for in advance, but the very last step is missing.

He does seem to be doing work for others in the meantime, though.

EDIT: When I sent a note with the text "Any chance you'll complete this commission or should I consider asking for a refund?", 9_6 finally, and quickly responded. He finished the commission the same day and offered a free image commission as an apology because of the delay.

I replied to a post on ConceptArt.org by FresboWorld.com to make a flash ad for $50.

The staff provided the assets and general direction. I animated the graphics.

I gave them the ad and they refused to pay me (see ad here).

Should I still ask for compensation, or should I leave this be?
