This is a quick post to address the issues we've been having with PMs. There have been many times a user has contacted us via Livejournal PM, but they themselves (usually unknowingly) have their PMs turned off. This means we can't reply to you!

Unfortunately, Livejournal is bad about telling users this, and I believe having PMs turned off may be the default setting. For those of you unaware, this is how you fix it:

So please, before you send a moderator a PM, check your settings and make sure we'll be able to respond to you!
