EXPLAIN: I won an auction for the item and contacted the seller easily, paying the same day. After a week, I checked in and was told it was shipped and would arrive in 5-8 days. After that time, I asked for a picture of the mailing slip. After not being sent the picture, I filed for PayPal refund and was awarded it later. Eelowyn is no-where to be found.
