Dani's Memorial Pin Project - Preorder Form

Howdy everyone!

We're stepping in to give Anjel a hand with this project due to life circumstances on her end. The winner has been chosen, and we are in contact with producers for the pins. All we need now is a headcount for how many pins we should have produced. Below is the preorder form that has all the information. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer. We will be taking payment today if you submit an order to help fund production.

Edit: We've been in contact with multiple manufacturers for quotes. We've chosen one, and will have this form open until Friday (Nov 16th), so that we may put in an appropriate numbered order.
