The fact that she has told you she'll pay you back via your address rather than paypal which would be quicker, and easier for everyone involved, not to mention YOU especially since that's how you paid her in the first place, aaand the way she said "lost it :c", "found it! :)", "I lost all my things and life is hard and your shoes are gone :,c" I have a feeling that you might be waiting a looooong time for your money.
I can just imagine you sending her another message and her trying to play the "I'm going through some hard times and I need your money I'm sorry :c" card.
Getting caught up with life, I can totally understand. Losing shoes in a move, even though they're a PAID for commission, I can kinda understand though I often think it's unlikely. Finding shoes, then magically claiming to have lost them again, and then needing your address to send you money? Nah, not buying it, not for one second.
I'm not entirely sure what you can do at this point aside keeping sending her regular reminders. Please keep us update though!
