I totally believe they did it. But I got annoyed when they blamed the customer and tried to add that to the product expense since it's *their* responsibility as a seller to find out that there's a free option. Especially when it's one that 2 minutes of Google can find (or like.. a phonebook..).
Really what the whole thing showed most was the seller's inexperience. The buyer maybe have been 14 but there was a lot of immaturity to go around :p
