MOST people who commission/trade me eventually get what they asked for, as long as they keep in constant communication with me...
MOST, not ALL? That right there is why gunsmith will not receive my business. And the bit about customers needing to do the legwork to keep in touch with the artist, instead of the artist contacting them? Keeping in touch with customers isn't a random magical event that you have no control over.
