P.S. Just want to add that because things are going well now, Gunmouth and I are continuing with my commissions and that I've decided no refunds are necessary. I am pleased with this because I hadn't wanted to cancel them. (He does draw really awesome stuff!) I'll wait to see how the final products come out (so far no complaints, commission AC2010 is looking really awesome). I think I would consider commissioning Gunmouth or Kami again (as long as they were ok with it and promised to answer online messages for any take-home commissions). I would just make sure that, now that I know, next time I am more brief with them, etc..
