I didn't mean that it's OK when I said I disagreed, only that to judge the value the friendship by business transactions isn't necessarily a good thermometer. There are plenty of people that are awesome friends that are bad business people and vice versa.
It still doesn't make it OK. I also wanted to be clear I myself have NEVER not come through. I only had that one ad experience which I detailed above. I was more referring to slowness etc as this is a general discussion.
