WHO: ShySiren on FurAffinity, previously known as Rozwell on FurAffinity.
WHERE: Her FA profile can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/shysiren
WHAT: Agreed to an art trade with ShySiren, my half was completed rather quickly. I was shown a rough sketch of her half, but fastforward six months later, and I haven't seen any progress. My initial attempts to contact her had been met with her 'being busy', and my more recent attempts have been ignored outright.
WHEN: Not exactly sure the exact time and date of our trade agreement, but I can only guess a week or so before I posted my end of the trade.
PROOF: I fall short of having the original notes sent during the trade agreement we made six months ago, but her comment on my end of the trade should suffice.
EXPLAIN: Six months ago we agreed on an art trade. I promptly finished, and it can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7005267/. Unfortunately, any notes we shared before the trade happened were deleted (as FA was hacked a few months later, and I deleted all my notes in light of the site's security flaws). Though, if you look at the comments section of the linked submission, she states "I'm working on your half <3" (here's hoping there is enough proof in that statement). A week or so after I posted my end, she gave me a screenshot of a very rough sketch of her end. Again I haven't heard or seen any progress on it.
