To add: You should give more than a day before asking for new updates (ex: the emails, some of the Telegram messages). They aren't going to be online 24/7 and might even be working on your commission plus it comes across as somewhat aggressive, give them a few days to reply before asking again. Ideally 24-72 hours before poking again.
Also, I hope it's not just me, but the entire "hon" thing and trying to roleplay/asking how they are instead of asking directly for updates is a no-no. It's way too friendly for what's supposed to be a business transaction and comes across as weird, especially since it looks like you messaged multiple people about the suits.
