I spoke with them during the process after I got one of the only few WIP images, but it fell on deaf ears there too. So these partials are now up for sale for anyone who wants them which would allow me to get one that fits my sona more accurately.
Also, as of a day or two ago, they shut down their WIX website and updated their ToS to state “we reserve the right to not show WIP images..” “If you wish for a refund; we have up to 1 year to provide it and within monthly installments”
