Seeking Advice

Hey. About three months ago, I purchased a custom Dragon design from someone on FA. The cost was only $5 and they were quick to start designing. In December, they started to get quite a bit distant and hardly uploaded to FA. I got a few designs from them and they kept adjusting with newer designs since I couldn't get one I loved (except one which had one thing I wanted changed). The last time I had heard from them was December 20th.

Since the design was only $5, I don't really care about the money. However, this design was something personal to me. I don't want to really use a design I didn't give the full okay on but they aren't responding to me anymore. They've seemed to drop entirely off the planet. As of now, 1/29/2019, they have given me four different designs. Would it be wrong for me to use any of these? I don't know what to do. Any advice on it would be helpful.
