Does anyone have any way to get in contact with an artist alternately called AuraSoul or RaveSoul?  I commissioned a custom plush from her after finding her on DeviantArt, intended to be a Christmas present to one of my best friends.  And, well, it's April now.  She got herself banned from DeviantArt on purpose, as far as I can tell, so I can't communicate with her by notes there.  I have found her on Furaffinity, and sent her a note (which my outbox says she read), but she has not replied.  I have also tried contacting her via her paypal email address, from the email I used to pay, also to no avail.

I'm one of her commissioners as well. It's been a year in the process I think, but she's assured me that they'll be done soon. I've been contacting her on a German forum furbase.forums.de

She takes a little while to respond, but she will eventually get back to you.

She might take a long time to finish her stuff, but I never saw her dropping a commission. At the moment she seems to have some problems with her parents, which might be why she hasn't finished your commission yet.

Her email is no longer working as of 4/2. I've had her commissioned since December, but I haven't heard a word from her since February. I'm getting a little pissed, but if I get my plush, I'll be super chill with it.

But, with a banned DA account, no working email and no response to my notes on FA, what can I do? I've already paid.
